In windstorm, tree falls on 草榴社区 campus
A large cedar tree between Old Main and Edens Hall fell in the heavy winds earlier this week. Gusts as high as 70 mph were reported in Bellingham.
Weather forecasters predict another storm will be rolling into the area, bringing winds up to 55 mph through Thursday. A wind advisory has been issued for western Whatcom County.
