New pizza, sandwich eateries open in Arntzen Hall
Two new eateries, Engrained and Topio's, opened in Western Washington University's Arntzen Atrium on Monday, Oct. 3.
Engrained, according to , is a fast-casual caf茅 designed to be an educational food experience surrounding sustainability with a focus on what is made, the ingredients used and how they are handled. Engrained focuses on healthier eating with a commitment to locally grown food and environmentally friendly practices.
Topio's features Old World-style pizzas with old school ingredients such as real mozzarella and provolone, crushed tomatoes in the sauce and hand worked dough.
