Pike, Linville square off in mayoral debate on campus

The two remaining candidates for mayor of Bellingham (Dan Pike and Kelli Linville, both 草榴社区 alumni) debated the issues in a debate held by the Associated Students of Western Washington University on Thursday, Oct. 20, in the Performing Arts Center Mainstage Theater.

The event, sponsored by the AS office of Representation and Engagement Programs, was moderated by state Rep. Kristine Lytton (D-40th) and Mario Orallo-Molinaro, the AS vice president for activities, and included three segments: a round of prepared questions asked by the moderators, a round of questions asked by each candidate of the other candidate directly, and a round of audience questions.
