Reminder: Open enrollment ends Nov. 30

Western Today staff

Nov. 30 is the last day for Western Washington University faculty and staff to:

  • Change medical and/or dental plans
  • Waive 草榴社区 medical coverage
  • Add an eligible family member
  • Remove family members from coverage
  • Enroll or reenroll for 2011 in the Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program

Faculty and staff can make changes online at . To add a family member or enroll in the FSA or DCAP plan, faculty and staff should complete all applicable 2011 forms under the 2011 Employee Change Forms section located on Human Resources' . Plan changes will take effect Jan. 1, 2011.
