Reminder: Open enrollment ends today
The open enrollment period ends today, Nov. 30.
If you wish to change your medical/dental plan, add any eligible dependents, or remove any ineligible dependents you may do so by Nov. 30, 2009. You can make changes to your account online at the (click on the "Public Employee/Retiree" link) or by completing in its entirety a and submitting it to Benefits Services (MS-5221) no later than Monday, Nov. 30. Again, if you have yet to see the changes for 2010, please visit the . Remember, if you wish to keep your same medical/dental coverage, you don't have to do anything.
FSA and DCAP Enrollment for 2010 Ends November 30th
Enrollment for Fleixible Spending Accounts and the Dependent Care Assistance Program also ends today, Nov. 30.
If you wish to sign up for a Flexible Spending Account and/or the Dependent Care Assistance Program for 2010, you will need to complete and submit the to Benefits Services (MS-5221) by Nov. 30.
If you already submitted your 2010 enrollment form, no further action is needed.
