The state Department of Retirement Systems is offering seminars throughout the state to help employees plan their retirements. Those who are participating in either the PERS, TRS, or LEOFF retirement plans and are within five years of retirement are encouraged to review the seminar information online and . The retirement planning seminars are held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays at . A seminar will be held in Bellingham on Saturday, Nov. 6.
