Six ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Students Selected to Attend Leadership Lunch Program Feb. 11

BELLINGHAM – Six Western Washington University students have been chosen to participate in the Leadership Lunch event to be held at the College of Business and Economics on Feb. 11.Ìý
The Leadership Lunch Program recognizes students who have distinguished themselves through scholarship and leadership while in ²ÝÁñÉçÇøâ€™s College of Business and Economics. Selected students are nominated by faculty in their respective departments.
The students selected to attend the luncheon are Christopher Crow of Los Angeles, Calif., an International Business major; Ryan Holden of Bellingham, a Finance major; Natalie Holmstrom of Mount Vernon, an Operations Management major; Remy Levin of Bellingham, an Economics and Mathematics major; Paul Than of Renton, an Accounting and Management Information Systems major; and Damian Wiese of Bainbridge Island, an MBA student.
During the luncheon, the students will meet with seven business leaders and four faculty and administrators from the CBE and the Western Foundation to discuss topics concerning organizational leadership and career development.
The luncheon is sponsored by Lori Reece, broker and owner for RE/MAX of Whatcom Country.
The Leadership Lunch program is coordinated by the Center for Excellence in Management Education at the College of Business and Education.Ìý The Center for Excellence in Management Education provides a variety of programs designed to connect business and industry leaders with faculty and students to promote business and economics education.
