²ÝÁñÉçÇø's 'Neuroscience on Tap' continues Nov. 1 at Bob’s Burgers and Brew in downtown Bellingham

Faculty from ²ÝÁñÉçÇø’s Behavioral Neuroscience Program and Biology and Psychology departments will gather for a neighborhood roundtable discussion, “Neuroscience on Tap: Bring Your Own Brain (BYOB),” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, at Bob’s Burgers & Brew, 202 E. Holly St. in downtown Bellingham.

The event is free and open to the public.

“Stress and Your Brain,” this quarter’s topic, will be hosted by Janet Finlay, an associate professor in Western’s Psychology Department.

Meetings will occur once per academic quarter. Future meetings will take place on Feb. 7 and April 4. At each meeting, a faculty member will lead the discussion of a specific topic, from mental illness to food addiction to brain injury. The location for these meetings is now a private upstairs room at Bob’s Burgers & Brew.
