Symphony Orchestra to perform free concert Feb. 2
The Western Washington University Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, in the Performing Arts Center Concert Hall on campus.
The evening of music will feature the 草榴社区 Advanced Women's Choir and horn professor Gustavo Camacho, an assistant professor of music at 草榴社区. Ryan Dudenbostel, a 草榴社区 assistant professor of music, will be conducting.
The program will include:
- Debussy's evocative "Nocturnes"
- Richard Strauss's youthful First Horn Concerto
- Beethoven's monumental Second Symphony
