Take the SmartHealth 2020 Assessment Challenge!
SmartHealth is hosting a Statewide Assessment Challenge for all Washington state higher education institutions! To participate, by Feb. 29 and complete your Well-Being Assessment. When you complete your assessment, you will earn 800 points towards a $25 Amazon gift card.
The Assessment provides you with a complete picture of your physical, emotional, and financial well-being as well as your work/life balance. You will receive a personal report outlining your areas of strength and where you can improve. You will also receive personalized recommendations of activities that you can participate in through SmartHealth.
If you participate in SmartHealth activities and reach 2,000 SmartHealth points by November 30th, you will also receive a $125 Wellness Incentive for 2021.
