Teacher evaluation packets should be ordered by Nov. 13
Faculty members should order their teacher evaluation packets by Nov. 13 for timely distribution campuswide.
Departments should return all unused teacher evaluation bubble sheets and comment sheets to the 草榴社区 Testing Center, otherwise incorrect forms may be mixed in with order.
Reminder: The Testing Center's scanning machines will not detect information submitted on photocopies of teacher evaluation bubble sheets. Pen markings also are not detected. Only No. 2 pencil markings can be read.
