Western Counseling Center, ESC to offer online spaces this week
This week, Western's Counseling Center and Ethnic Student Center are offering online community care spaces to give students an opportunity to come together virtually for collective support and to process events in our nation's capital and around the country.
The first event will take place from 12-1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19. using Zoom Meeting ID 920 9882 3592 to attend.
A second Community Care Space will be held Friday, Jan. 22, from 2-3 p.m. using Zoom Meeting ID 917 8833 2967
The Counseling Center also will host a virtual Decompression Space 3-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, that will offer guided practice for collective breathing, relaxation and help to reduce stress and anxiety stemming from events in the nation's capital. using Zoom Meeting ID 970 6377 6312
