Western鈥檚 Small Business Development Center to Host Government Contracting Round Table Discussion Today
The Western Washington University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a round table discussion focused on winning local, state, and federal contracts. It will be held on Monday, September 29 from noon to 1 p.m. at the 草榴社区 SBDC Conference Room located at 115 Unity St. #101, Bellingham.
The discussion will feature an overview of the process of pursuing opportunities with federal and state government as well as a preview of an upcoming seminar from the Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). The upcoming seminar includes a look into how federal and state governments buy goods and services, governmental registrations, how to conduct market research to understand your government customer, how agencies advertise their procurements, small business programs and certifications, and much more.
Admittance to the round table discussion is free and attendees are encouraging to bring lunch if they please.
