Western sends campus advisory on student death
Western Washington University officials sent a campus advisory notice to all students, faculty and staff on Saturday, June 2, advising the community of the death of the Western student previously reported missing.
The full text of the advisory email is below:
Western Washington University student Charlie Hartman, who recently was reported missing, has passed away.
The Western community extends its condolences to his family and friends in this time of their loss.
Western Counseling Center staff members are available to any students seeking assistance. The Counseling Center is located in Old Main 540 and can be reached at 650-3164 during business hours. Counselors also can be reached after hours by calling University Police at 650-3555.
