Western to Host Poulsbo Lecture on Aging and Physical Stability July 20

Western Washington University on the Peninsulas will host physical therapist Lynn Schorn this July as part of its Western Lecture Series.

The lecture, “,” will be presented at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20 in the .

Through the lecture, Schorn and participants will explore the science and significance of maintaining balance as one ages and why exercise is important for both health and balance.

Schorn, practicing in orthopedics, has been a physical therapist for 34 years. She is currently a partner at New Motion Physical Therapy on Bainbridge Island.
