Bradley Smith, dean of Western Washington University鈥檚 Huxley College of the Environment, will be retiring from that position,
鈥淏rad Smith is a visionary leader and his accomplishments at Huxley College will be felt for many years to come across the entire university and beyond,鈥 said Western President Bruce Shepard. 鈥淯nder his guidance, Huxley College鈥檚 prominent reputation has continued to soar in this state as well as across the country and internationally.鈥
Smith has been dean of Huxley College since 1994.
