Wind Symphony to play free concert Feb. 26

The Western Washington University Wind Symphony, along with the 草榴社区 Wind Ensemble and students from the Honors Youth Wind Ensemble, will play a free concert at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, in the Performing Arts Center Concert Hall on campus.

Christopher Bianco, an associate professor of music at 草榴社区, will direct the contemporary program, which will feature works by Lindroth, Whitacre, Bryant, Read-Thomas and Welcher.
