BELLINGHAM – Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics will host Robert Bunting for its Ethics and Social Responsibility Speaker Series from 3-4 p.m., Friday, May 6 in the Old Main Theatre on ²ÝÁñÉçÇøâ€™s campus
The presentation is free and open to the public, however space is limited.
Bunting is the Chair of Moss Adams' International Services Group which provides tax, accounting, and advisory services to the Firm's 1,300 international clients. He also chairs the Sustainability Services Group. Bunting served as CEO of Moss Adams for 23 years before stepping down from that role in June 2004. Moss Adams is among the 11 largest accounting firms in the U.S. with 18 offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Bunting was one of two recipients of the 2008 AICPA Gold Medal for Distinguished Service. He has also been named by Accounting Today as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting.
The series is presented by the CBE’s Center for Excellence in Management Education and brings senior business leaders to campus to interact with students and share their perspectives on strategic management, leadership, and professional development.Â
