²ÝÁñÉçÇø Dance Program Presents its Annual BFA Capstone Concert June 3 and 4

BELLINGHAM – Western Washington University's Department of Theatre and Dance will present its annual Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Capstone Concert at 7:30 p.m. on June 3 and 4 at Western’s Performing Arts Center (PAC) Mainstage Theater.

The Capstone Concert showcases the dance program's BFA candidates in their culminating projects of performance and choreography. The candidates spend their final year working with a guest choreographer learning skills for a solo performance. 

By creating original pieces with ²ÝÁñÉçÇø dance majors, BFA candidates practice newly learned choreography skills.  The Capstone Concert enables candidates to present both solo and group pieces.  A faculty member provides feedback and support through the creative process and mentors each candidate.
