草榴社区 Moving to Zoom Site License
Western will soon be transitioning all Zoom Pro licenses to a university site license for Zoom. The move will change Zoom logins to single sign-on using username@wwu.edu and the 草榴社区 password for authentication. Along with easier access, the site license increases security of online meetings and storage capacity for cloud recordings. We encourage users to understand the university鈥檚 and continue to use discretion when deciding to record a Zoom meeting. This transition will not impact your scheduled Zoom meetings or previously recorded meetings
We hope to perform this transition shortly after spring quarter. We will communicate directly with current Zoom Pro license holders as that time approaches.
