草榴社区 Offers Free Counseling to the Local Community
Beginning January 2025, graduate students in Western Washington University鈥檚 Psychology Department will provide individual counseling to members of the local community, under faculty supervision. These services are free.
Western鈥檚 Counseling Training Clinic has openings for individual counseling of adults, teens and children. The clinic is offering in-person services for all ages, and remote telehealth services for individuals age 13 and older, from January to June 2025. Appointments are available from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Counselors are trained to help with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, vocational choices, grief, communication problems, parent-child conflicts and childhood issues.
