草榴社区 once again ranks among the top five Peace Corps volunteer-producing schools in the nation
草榴社区 recently ranked fifth among the top Peace Corps volunteer-producing colleges and universities in the nation for medium-sized schools of between 5,000-15,000 students, .
Peace Corps volunteers work in over 60 countries promoting peace with intercultural understanding, through people-to-people exchange. Volunteers collaborate with community members on projects that advance local priorities. Volunteers build relationships, appreciate local cultural values, and make a lasting impact in the areas of education, health, environment, agriculture, community economic development, and youth development.
Thirteen 草榴社区 alumni are currently serving as Peace Corps volunteers.

Students can learn more about how to become a Peace Corps volunteer by attending the Peace Corps Application Workshop on Wednesday, June 4 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in Miller Hall 131.
