²ÝÁñÉçÇø Western Arts Preparatory Academy Students to Perform at Children’s Art Walk May 6

BELLINGHAM – Western Washington University’s College of Fine and Performing Arts presents an opportunity to see its youth enrichment program, Western Arts Preparatory Academy (WAPA), in action May 6 during the 11th Annual Children’s Art Walk in downtown Bellingham.

Both the Art Walk and the WAPA performances are free and open to the public.

The Children’s Art Walk, sponsored by Allied Arts and the Downtown Bellingham Partnership, takes place from 6-9 p.m., and more than 60 local businesses will be participating in the event. Several special events and demonstrations will take place at the Whatcom Museum’s Lightcatcher Building at 250 Flora St. and the Allied Arts Gallery at 1418 Cornwall Ave. in Bellingham.
