You鈥檙e invited: President Shepard, Cyndie to serve coffee at Western Wednesday event Oct. 27
Mark your calendars, Oct. 27 is a Western Wednesday you won鈥檛 want to miss! Make your way to the Western Wednesday coffee booth for your caffeine fix at 9 a.m. in Red Square, and if you鈥檙e among the first 60 to arrive, you will receive a free personal cheesecake, compliments of and the Alumni Association. What鈥檚 more, you鈥檒l be greeted by 鈥渂aristas鈥 President Bruce and Cyndie Shepard, who will be serving coffee from dedicated Western supporter . Bruce is also roasting three bags of his special home roasted coffee beans for a raffle drawing.
The Western Wednesday booth opens at 9 a.m. sharp and stays open until 11 a.m. 鈥 or until the coffee runs dry. Be sure to get to the booth before 10 a.m. to visit with Bruce and Cyndie! Everyone is encouraged to come dressed in their Western attire to enjoy a free cup of coffee, tea or cider and a 鈥淲鈥 cookie on the Alumni Association and take a spin with the prize wheel. If it鈥檚 windy and/or rainy, look for the booth near the entrance to Carver Gym.
More upcoming Western Wednesday dates to note: The Traveling Goodie Basket will be making the rounds Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.
