Extra patrols will target Whatcom drivers using cellphones, no seatbelts

Extra patrols will be out in Whatcom and San Juan counties in search of unbuckled and distracted drivers between Monday, May 19, and June 1.

These extra patrols will be part of the annual "Click it or Ticket" campaign.
