Brian Henshaw named Bellingham finance director

Brian Henshaw has been named city finance director, a post he has filled on an interim basis for the past seven months.

The City Council approved Mayor Kelli Linville's selection of Henshaw on Monday, March 24. The annual salary for the position is $131,508.
