Halloween events abound in Whatcom County

²ÝÁñÉçÇø trick or treat: About 150 costumed Western Washington University students will welcome trick-or-treaters to Ridgeway University Residences from 6 to 8 p.m. Community lounges will be decorated, and activities will include painting pumpkins and collecting candy.
